Steve Austin comments on Goldberg’s WWE TV return, Randy Orton, why Bayley is ‘one of the most entertaining heels in the business”

WWE Hall Of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin was interviewed on Booker T’s “Hall Of Fame” podcast last week. Austin talked about his interview with Bayley. He also gave high praise to Randy Orton and he talked about Goldberg’s return to WWE TV.

There was a lot more covered during the interview. Here are some highlights:

Steve Austin talked about the recent Broken Skull Sessions interview he did with Bayley: “It was a blast talking to her because she is one of the most entertaining heels in the business. She has been for the last year.”

Austin talking about Randy Orton: “Randy Orton, his work in the ring has always been really good or should I say excellent. But dude, his character work right now, he is totally immersed in that character. He is cutting the best promos. He’s having damn good matches and that guy sliced up some legends that help make him, but dude, he was spot on. I thought he stole the show just talking.”

Austin talking about Bill Goldberg coming back: “When Bill does that, he’s putting himself in a position to do it, so as a businessman, hey, I get it. It is what it is. This isn’t a knock on the current roster, but he can bring some eyeballs back from when WCW was running against us in the Attitude Era.  But it is what it is and it’s a business move by Bill. If Bill wants to do business, he’s going to do business.”
