Stipulation title match match announced for the WWE TLC pay-per-view (SPOILER)

It was announced at the Smackdown tapings that Dolph Ziggler vs. Luke Harper for the Intercontinental title will take place at the WWE TLC pay-per-view. That will be a ladder match. They wrestled at the Smackdown tapings and then did an angle after the match that lead guest GM Santino Marella to making the match for the pay-per-view.
