It turns out that Tammy “Sunny” Sytch’s arrest was related to another DWI. This would be her sixth arrest for DWI since 2015.
According to the Ocean County Sheriff police report, Sytch was stopped at about 6:30 pm on Saturday and she was charged with DWI, having an open container in a motor vehicle, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and reckless driving.
Sytch was also charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, careless driving and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
Seaside Heights Police released her into the custody of Holmdel Police Department because it was discovered that she had outstanding warrants in Holmdel, NJ. She is currently jailed at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ.
