WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was released from the Carbon County Correctional Facility on Friday on parole. Her original hearing on February 17th regarding her probation was canceled. It appears that Sytch and her attorney came to terms for her release and she will continue her probation that was agreed upon last year, which led to her pleading guilty to three DUI arrests in 2015.
Back in August of last year, she sentenced was to 97 days in jail, but she only served 95 days in rehab and two days in jail. This led to Sytch being released without spending a day in prison, but she was warned that if she got into trouble while she was under probation, then there would be serious consequences. She was arrested only five days later on several charges including receiving stolen property and was fined $1,496.00 last month in that case. The charge for stolen property was later dropped.
Then in September, she was arrested several times in Carbon County and charged with possession of alcohol and being under the influence of alcohol, which both were violations of her probation. She had been incarcerated since September 23rd.
