WWE Hall of Famer Tammy "Sunny" Sytch may be waiting longer for the trial to start in her DUI manslaughter case.

According to court documents obtained by, the public defender representing her in the case filed a motion in Florida asking for her next-scheduled pre-trial hearing to be pushed back. The court has not yet ruled on the motion.

The pre-trial hearing was previously pushed back in August and October.

Sytch was arrested on May 6th, stemming from the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter this past March during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida.
