Tammy Sytch’s attorney files motion to withdraw from DUI manslaughter case

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch has been incarcerated for 39 days as she waits for the trial to start in her DUI manslaughter case.

Her attorney, Steven deLaroche, filed a motion asking the court’s permission to withdraw as her legal representation on June 16th. The court has yet to approve or deny deLaroche’s request.

According to court documents obtained by PWinsider.com, the lawyer cited various reasons as to why he should be removed from the case:

– An impasse has been reached in the handling of the case, making it impossible for the client and attorney to continue to work cooperatively on the case.

-The client has not complied with the terms of the employment agreement with this attorney.

-The client will not be prejudiced if the undersigned is permitted to withdraw.

She was arrested on May 6th stemming from the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter this past March during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida.

Lynch faces charges of one count of DUI causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.
