Tammy Sytch’s pre-trial hearing in DUI manslaughter case delayed

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch will be waiting longer for the trial to start in her DUI manslaughter case.

The former WWE star previously filed a motion to push back her pre-trial hearing for August 11th and the Volusia County Court approved the request. According to court documents obtained by PWinsider.com, the new pre-trial hearing date is October 13th.

Sytch waived her rights to a speedy trial last week. The depositions of four police officers involved in Sytch’s case are still scheduled for depositions on September 13.

Sytch was arrested on May 6th, stemming from the death of 75-year-old Julian Lasseter this past March during a traffic incident in Ormond Beach, Florida.

The WWE Hall Of Famer faces charges of one count of DUI causing death, one count of causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.
