A Florida teenager, Gianny Sosa-Hernandez, was arrested after video surfaced on Monday of him doing the RKO on a life-sized plastic alligator. This is the same teen who was arrested after attempting the RKO on his high school principal last week.
The video (seen below) shows the teen taking off his shirt and jumping in the water at a shopping mall and wrestling with the fake alligator.
The footage shows the teen picking up the plastic alligator and tossing it into the water. Then he is seen attempting to land an elbow and then performing Randy Orton’s RKO.
“He pretended to wrestle the alligator and later posted the video on social media platforms,” Miami-Dade police said in a statement.
This happened just days after the teen was charged with battery after the attempted RKO on his high school principal and a subsequent court appearance.
“You got to find something else to do. I mean, really,” Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Renatha Francis said. “You’re just going to keep coming back here and keep being a media sensation for all the wrong reasons.”
Police said the teen “damaged the display alligator” and it was valued at $3,500.
