The latest on Tammy Sytch’s legal problems

Former WWE Diva Tammy “Sunny” Sytch plead guilty to several DUI charges in Pennsylvania last month. The charges include an arrest on May 30th in Mahoning Township after a police officer saw her driving erratically into a Wal-Mart parking lot.

The guilty plea is part of a plea deal. She was supposed to be sentenced on January 29th in Carbon County Court. However, on January 28th, her attorney filed updated information regarding the case to the court due to errors made in the original plea filings. Stych will wait until March 28th at 9 AM in Carbon County Court to find out her sentencing.

Other charges that she plead guilty to include: DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, and DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense in regard to her arrests on 6/1 and 6/20.

Sytch was pulled over by State Troopers on June 1st for a vehicle violation and was taken into custody after state police determined that the was under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested again on June 20 after she crashed her car.
