For those of you wondering about Enzo Amore’s legal case (and there’s quite a few of you since we get emails about it), there isn’t much to report. The case is still open, which is likely the reason why Amore has yet to comment on the allegations.
Ryan Satin from Pro Wrestling Sheet spoke with the police this week and he was told that the investigation is still active. Amore’s lawyer says that they have been cooperating with police.
Amore recently finished his 90-day no compete with WWE so he is free and clear to work for anyone. He recently launched his online store and has teased that he is working on other projects. Before he was released from WWE, he talked about wanting to launch a rap album.
Spoke with police this week who told me the investigation is still active. Also spoke with Enzo’s lawyer who said they’ve been cooperating with police but had no further updates. https://t.co/BS0NN3oWUc

For the record, there have been no charges filed in this case so he is innocent until proven guilty. The last we heard was that they were waiting on the lab results from the rape kit. From my understanding, these types of cases can take a while.
The last official statement from Amore’s lawyer was back in January:
“Over the last two days, Philomena Sheahan has made multiple public accusations against Eric Arndt (also known as Enzo Amore with the WWE), including allegations of sexual misconduct concerning an October 2017 incident in Phoenix. Mr. Arndt fully and unequivocally denies those accusations. He is cooperating with the authorities in this matter and looks forward to having it resolved in a timely manner. Neither Mr. Arndt nor his counsel will be making any further public comments on this matter.”
