Bryan Alvarez of Wrestling Observer Live said on today’s show that the reason Daniel Bryan was sent home after the WWE SmackDown TV tapings was because of symptoms of a concussion as well as his nagging neck problems.
Alvarez said that he suffered a concussion with his match against Sheamus on SmackDown a few week’s back and has been suffering from those symptoms ever since.
Bryan however was cleared by WWE doctors to work the WWE Live Events over in the UK until Tuesday’s SmackDown TV tapings when he wrestled a tag team match with John Cena against Tyson Kidd and Cesaro.
After the match, he complained to WWE officials about those symptoms and WWE sent him home shortly after.
We hope to have more on this story soon.
