Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder called NXT their home for quite a while where they picked up the NXT Tag Team Championships on two occasions. Several Superstars leaving NXT in the past have commented about how they will always be NXT and it looks like this is true for The Revival.
Dawson and Wilder recently surprised the pro wrestling world when they showed up at an NXT house show and accepted an open challenge. But this event didn’t come without a fair amount of fans looking down at the move as a demotion. They also started to worry that Dash and Dawson were in the doghouse.
Scott Dawson spoke out against any fan who wanted to diminish their triumphant NXT return because even if it was for one night, they still brought everything they had as Top Guys.
Dawson said pro wrestling pays for his family and he is living his dream. Therefore he’s not upset about tearing down the house at an NXT event at all. If anything it’s just another chance for them to prove they deserve on the top of the tag team division.
Therefore Scott Dawson isn’t upset at all about this. The Revival has seen their fair share of setbacks since jumping to the main roster but this isn’t apparently one of them at all.
Guys; I get to live my dream. I travel around the world. I’m able to take care of my family & give them a life I never had. And on top of all that, we got to tear the house down last night! Why would I be upset?!
