Ever since The Rock returned to WWE on the February 21st episode of WWE SmackDown, he has had fans talking. This is where he stated he wanted the soul of Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
He later confronted Rhodes at WWE Elimination Chamber, but Rhodes rejected The Rock’s offer, and John Cena turned heel by attacking the champion. They beat him down as a result.
The Rock has not appeared on WWE programming since. The former WWE Champion took to Twitter to share a video titled “The Final Boss’s POV: Cody Rhodes’s Defiance & John Cena’s Heel Turn WWE Elimination Chamber 2025.” He also wrote this in the caption:
Although it is not known when The Rock will return to WWE programming, Cena will be on next week’s episode of Raw.
