Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced today in a post on Instagram that two of his upcoming DC projects will be coming out a little bit later than expected.
“DC League of Super-Pets” will now be released on July 29, 2022 and “Black Adam” is scheduled for October 21, 2022.

The former WWE Champion stars as the voice of Krypto the Super-Dog in Warner Bros. Pictures’ animated action-adventure film that was originally slated to come out May 20, 2022. The film also stars the voices of Kevin Hart, Kate McKinnon, John Krasinski, Vanessa Bayer, Natasha Lyonne, Diego Luna, Marc Maron, Thomas Middleditch, Ben Schwartz, and Keanu Reeves.
Black Adam was originally slated to be released on December 22, 2021, then got pushed back to July 29, 2022. The description of the character reads like the following:
“Black Adam was a member of a powerful ancient civilization whose people were conquered and enslaved more than 5,000 years ago.”
