The XFL has announced Oliver Luck as the Commissioner and CEO of the league.

Luck is a former NFL and NCAA executive and a former quarterback. He is the father of Andrew Luck, the quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. In the clip below, Luck talks about the plans for a fast-paced and simpler game. They also plan on making the games more affordable for families and the process has already begun to find the right homes for the league's 8 XFL franchises.

The league is set to start in later January 2020. There is no word yet on a TV deal but one would think tha one of the Fox-owned networks would be interested now that they are working with WWE.
