The Women’s Tag Team Titles will be defended on the Raw after SummerSlam.
WWE has announced that champions Alex Bliss and Nikki Cross will defend against The Kabuki Warriors (Kairi Sane and Asuka) on Monday Night Raw at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The IIconics were the first team to be eliminated last week in a Fatal Four-Way elimination match and Bliss won the titles for her team after pinning Sane.
As previously noted, last week’s Women’s Tag Team Title match was originally scheduled for SummerSlam but Paul Heyman made the decision to pull the match from the pay-per-view. Click here for more on why Heyman decided to put the match on Raw instead of SummerSlam.
Also set for this Monday’s Raw from Toronto is Dolph Ziggler vs. The Miz.
