Tommy Dreamer pitches idea involving The Undertaker at WrestleMania 34, comments on Hardy Boyz returning to WWE

Former WWE Superstar Tommy Dreamer recently spoke with WrestlePhedphia to promote his House of Hardcore event this Saturday in Philadelphia. During the interview, he was asked about The Hardy Boyz returning to WWE. He said that he was not shocked that they returned to the company, but he is happy for them as it’s the nature of the beast. He hopes they’re able to be their reinvented characters as opposed to a retro act of the Hardy Boyz. He said that they are super-duper talented and they’ve gotten even more popular with their whole deletion character than they were in WWE.

When asked if he was surprised that The Undertaker had his farewell at WrestleMania 33. He said that he was shocked and loves Taker both professionally and personally. He brought up when he left WWE, he took off his shirt and laid it in the ring. He knew that ECW wasn’t coming back. He said that people still ask when he retired from WWE but he noted that he didn’t retire but rather just retired from that chapter in his life. He said that if he were Vince McMahon, then he would build the next WrestleMania (WrestleMania 34 in 2018) as Undertaker’s last match and then have him retire.

Dreamer also talked about Rosey passing away and more. You can read the entire interview here.
