Top NXT star suffers bloody injury at live show
You never know what can happen at a live pro wrestling show. You can go in not knowing what to expect and usually that’s what will happen. When The Undisputed Era squared off against SaNITy mere days before the two teams were set to do battle inside WarGames (without a roof) the fans in Austin were happy to see this match take place right in front of them. But what they saw transpire was somewhat more of a hardcore experience than they probably thought they’d see.
Adam Cole is no stranger to going through brutality in the ring and Austin was no different. Something went wrong and Cole ended up busted open the hard way.
As you can see wearing a crimson mask didn’t seem to phase him much although it did sort of seem out of place in a modern day WWE where blood is a big no-no.
Thankfully, he was okay and The Undisputed reigned supreme like Tenacious D. But it was kind of a scary moment for a bit. Thankfully, WWE has some really great medical staff always available for when things go wrong.
