Next week’s episode of WWE SmackDown will not feature some top names following the heated segment that closed Friday’s episode.
The show followed up on Jimmy Uso costing his brother, Jey, the Tribal Combat Match at SummerSlam, where Roman Reigns retained his Undisputed WWE Universal Title.
Jimmy declined to accept Roman’s offer to give him anything he wanted as thanks for helping him out. Instead, he wants nothing to do with Reigns. Jey came out, and Jimmy explained that he did what he did because he didn’t want Jey to become the monster that Roman had become.
Jey laid out everyone before he announced that he was done with everything, including The Bloodline, and he was out of WWE.
It was expected that Jey wouldn’t be on the show, and Reigns is not advertised for the event. Pwinsider reports the word going around backstage was that Jimmy nor Solo Sikoa will not be at next week’s show in Toronto either.
It’s possible they did a pre-taped segment this week that will air next week.
