A top WWE star has been confirmed to appear on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw from the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. WWE’s Dasha Fuentes took to Twitter and confirmed that Dean Ambrose would be on tonight’s show to address Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins. Ambrose will challenge Rollins for the Intercontinental Title at the Tables Ladders and Chairs pay-per-view:

Last week on Raw, Ambrose appeared on the show via a pre-taped segment in which he was being checked on by a WWE physician backstage:
Ambrose turned heel on Rollins by attacking “The Architect” after they won the Raw Tag Team Titles. This was the same show in which their fellow Shield brother, Roman Reigns, announced his heartbreaking leukemia diagnosis. Since, their storyline has involved a lot of references to Reigns’ leukemia situation, in an uncomfortable attempt to garner heat for Ambrose as a heel by utilizing the sensitive subject.
Also announced for tonight is Ronda Rousey’s Raw in-ring return. She will team with Natalya and they will face Nia Jax and Tamina. This is a warm-up match ahead of Rousey’s Raw Women’s Championship defense against Jax at the TLC pay-per-view.
