WWE has been without one of its biggest stars for the last several weeks. However, that looks to be changing soon.
Randy Orton has been off WWE television since Kevin Owens attacked him with a devasting piledriver on the November 8th episode of SmackDown. He is expected to feud with Owens, who is in a current program with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes when he returns to television.
As previously reported by Dr. Chris Featherstone of SportsKeeda, who has broken past stories, Orton is not scheduled to be a part of the debut episode of Raw on Netflix next week. On a recent edition of a Backstage Pass Q&A, WrestleVotes was asked for an update on Orton’s status, noting that he will be back very soon, at least before the Royal Rumble.
“By the Royal Rumble, you know, if not on February 1st, it’ll be beforehand. So yeah, very soon.”
