A heel turn that many fans have been waiting on appears to be happening soon…as in possibly within the next few days.
As many of you saw during Monday Night Raw, it was announced that the WarGames match at Survivor Series will feature The Judgment Day’s Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh against World Heavyweight Champion. Each team is expected to get another member added and with Survivor Series just a couple of weeks away, we might find out who they are this coming Monday on Raw.
Dave Meltzer noted in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Drew McIntyre is under consideration to join The Judgment Day’s Survivor Series team. Of course, if you’ve been watching Raw, you already know that they’ve been teasing McIntyre’s heel turn for weeks and it appears to be happening soon.
As for who would join the babyface team, Kevin Owens seems most likely since he’s been involved with the storyline. KO being part of the team is not confirmed.
Rhea Ripley has been trying to recruit McIntyre into the group for weeks and after he unsuccessfully challenged Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship, WWE has been heavily leaning into the possibility that McIntyre will change his attitude,
