Batista is currently not being advertised for shows after the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, reports PWInsider.com. That would lead one to assume that he is taking time off. I know he was scheduled to take some time off around the time of the premiere of “Guardians of the Galaxy” but that movie is not scheduled to be released until August 1st so I guess it’s possible that he’s taking time off to do promotion for the film but most of the promotion for the film will be during the month leading up to the premiere. Either way it looks like he’s off shows after Extreme Rules and possibly for a few months until after the movie premieres.
