CM Punk could be saying goodbye to WWE if he does not sign a new deal. Punk’s contract is up in a few months. Punk’s deal with the company will be expiring in July. It will be interesting to see how things develop since Punk is really banged up right now and has been saying for years that he doesn’t plan on wrestling too many years and doesn’t want to become one of those older guys that still wrestle past their prime.
Another issue that may come up is Punk’s pay. WWE is taking a major hit on revenue this year by putting all of the pay-per-views on the network so it would be interesting to see what WWE offers him for his next contract and whether or not Punk accepts the offer or chooses to walk away.
