Triple H Addresses WWE WrestleMania’s Return To Las Vegas For Second Straight Year

WWE has confirmed that WrestleMania 42 will return to Las Vegas, Nevada. The decision follows the record-breaking success of a previous WrestleMania in the city. The city became the frontrunner for the 2026 event after WWE changed its original plans to hold WrestleMania 42 in New Orleans.

“When you have a record-shattering, biggest WrestleMania of all time in Vegas, it’s great to be able to say we’re going back to the entertainment capital of the world,” Triple H stated at the post-Money in the Bank press conference. “And we’re looking forward to breaking this year’s records there.”

When asked about the choice to return to Las Vegas, Triple H cited the city’s suitability for WWE’s events. He explained, “Man, hard for me to say what the No. 1 decision, but I think just the event itself, and Vegas the entertainment capital, and to be able to go back in there, it’s built for stuff like what we do.”

He also mentioned that lessons learned from previous events in Las Vegas would make WrestleMania 42 “even better.” New Orleans will host Money in the Bank in August 2026 as part of a revised agreement.
