It appears that Triple H will be working a lot more after some recent changes in the company.
As was previously noted, Triple H had a meeting with talent and officials in Orlando and declared “I’m back.” He did not elaborate on what that means. It could mean that he’s simply back at work or back at running NXT.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that there had been talk before the Vince McMahon situation that Triple H was going to be back in a bigger role so this return was likely not related to the investigation but the timing would indicate that this move could be related in some form.
Triple H said that there would be changes happening but he did not elaborate. Since Hunter’s exit in September due to health issues, Shawn Michaels has been running NXT with Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard overseeing everything. Prichard was recently named the interim Head of Talent relations as a temporary replacement for John Laurinaitis.
