As we wrote about earlier, Paige said that Triple H had reached out to her following his ‘joke’ about her during an interview over the weekend in the United Kingdom.
Triple H has since tweeted an apology to her. His apology reads as follows: “I’ve reached out to @RealPaigeWWE to apologize. I made a terrible joke and I’m sorry if it offended her or anyone else.”
If Paige accepts the apology then that should put an end to this story as some on social media have ripped on Triple H for “slut shaming.” Others have come to his defense to say that it was just a bad joke that he has said before in reference to male wrestlers.
