Triple H: Rey Fenix Is Just Getting Started

Rey Fenix is the newest addition to the WWE talent roster, as the former AEW star made his promotional debut on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.

Fenix, one half of The Lucha Bros with brother Penta, debuted in a winning effort against Nathan Frazer. Following the show, Triple H shared a video on his Twitter account of Fenix backstage where they embraced.

Triple H told the star that he’s “just getting started.” Check it out below:

Fenix had been waiting for his deal with AEW to expire for months because AEW opted to add time to it due to missed time due to injury. The belief was that the added time would be close to a year, and once that time passed, he would reunite with Penta El Zero M as Lucha Bros.

AEW let him out of his deal earlier and he signed with WWE. For now, both stars are being pushed as a singles stars. Penta has been pushed as a rising star since making his WWE debut.
