Over the years, the possibility of WWE hosting its flagship event, WrestleMania, in international locations like the UK or Saudi Arabia has been a recurring topic of discussion. While WWE is set to bring the Royal Rumble to Saudi Arabia next year, their recent presence in the UK includes the successful Clash at the Castle premium live event in 2022 and Money in the Bank in 2023.
In a recent interview with the Daily Mail, WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H addressed the potential for an international WrestleMania, stating that the company’s goal is to bring WrestleMania to the “best places possible.”
“To answer the WrestleMania question, that’s like the Super Bowl. So the process of that going other places, people don’t understand the logistics of what that takes,” Triple H explained. “Just going to Las Vegas, I can’t tell you the logistical effort that takes. They’ll be in the market for weeks setting up the set, people on the ground running stuff. So when that becomes international, the logistics become even harder. That’s the challenge, but we’re up for the challenge.”
WWE has already officially announced that WrestleMania 42 will be held at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans in 2026. Furthermore, Indianapolis is slated to host a future WrestleMania as part of an agreement between the city and WWE, although the specific year for that event remains undetermined.
