WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, made it emphatically clear that he will never have another match. During the WWE Night of Champions post-show press conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, fans in attendance began chanting “One more match!” at the WWE Hall of Famer.
Triple H, who retired from in-ring competition in 2022 following a severe cardiac event that required emergency surgery, responded directly to the chants, leaving no room for interpretation.
“You can chant that all you want, there ain’t one more match in this,” Triple H stated firmly. “You know how they say, ‘if it’s the last thing I do?’ It would be the last thing I do.”
While fans in Saudi Arabia have fond memories of Triple H’s last singles matches, including one against Randy Orton in the country, the head of WWE creative has now put any and all speculation about a potential in-ring return to rest.
