Tristan Archer on wrestling for WXW in Germany:

“It’s not only the biggest promotion in Germany, it’s the biggest promotion in Europe. They’re running shows, like three, four times a month. They have the biggest rosters. They bring the best guys on the planet to Germany for so many shows. If you look at the former champions, it’s incredible. So I’m really proud to be a part of it.”

On being a part of the 2016 Cruiserweight Classic:

“They explained to me, ‘Okay, in June, we’re going to run the Cruiserweight Classic. We’re going to bring you to the U.S. to do a tournament with 32 of the best Cruiserweights in the world. Will you be a part of it?’ For me, it was like, ‘Yes, of course.’ I’m from the middle of nowhere in France, like a very, very small place. When I started wrestling, I just wanted to be a wrestler, you know, travel a little bit. Try to wrestle with as many talented guys as possible. In my mind it was like, no way I end up in WWE, like, no way. Then like, out of nowhere, do you want to be a part of the Cruiserweight Classic, 32 of the best wrestlers in the world like Zack Sabre Jr. Like so many talented guys. I was very, very excited about it.”
