The Royal Rumble is just over a week away and you can bet that some familiar names will be involved. We have already heard that WWE has reached out to some former Superstars for cameo/surprise appearances on the show.
It will be interesting to see who WWE calls for the women’s Royal Rumble but there are two former Divas that are calling on fans to let WWE now that they would love to return to the ring and it looks like they want more than just a Rumble appearance.
Last Monday, WWE unveiled the new Women’s Tag Team Titles. The winners will be crowned at next month’s Elimination Chamber.
A fan on Twitter tagged McCool and asked about the possibility of a Laycool reunion. Her response, “All they gotta do is ask, then y’all have to get @mslayel.”

Layla, who retired in 2015, seems interested. She wrote, “Oh my …….. it all depends how much the @WWEUniverse & @wwe wants to see #laycool #besties #flawlessones grace their tv screens FYI “ I miss you too Chelle””

We’ll see if WWE reacts to this. We do know that there’s been talk of bringing Lita and Trish Stratus back as a team for a few matches. Perhaps, they’d be willing to bring back some more former names to fill out their tag team division?
