Christmas is a special time for everyone, especially for two former WWE stars who had some wonderful news to share with the world while celebrating the holiday.
The announcement
Cassie Lee, formerly known as Peyton Royce, and Shawn Spears shared their big announcement, which is that they’re expecting their second child. As seen below in the announcement post on Instagram, they’re expecting to have a baby boy.
Their first child, named Austin, was born this past January after getting married in 2019. In the caption, they wrote, “2024, our family is complete. Merry Christmas Eve!”
Their careers
Lee got over in a tag team, The IIconics, in WWE with Jessica McKay, going by the name Billie Kay. Following their WWE departure, they went to Impact Wrestling as The IInspiration in October 2021, where they found success and held the Knockouts Tag Team titles once. They departed from the promotion in 2022.
Spears has been part of the AEW roster since the promotion launched in 2019 after his WWE run as Tye Dillinger, where he got over with his ten-count gimmick. He hasn’t wrestled for the promotion since September.
