Two Top NXT Stars Appear To Have Been Moved Up To WWE’s Main Roster

Rising stars Giulia and Roxanne Perez appear to be official members of the WWE Raw roster following their appearances last week, according to a report from PWInsider. The report cites that both competitors wore official ‘Raw debut’ patches on their ring gear during the April 21st episode of Raw. These patches are often utilized by WWE and its partners, like Topps, to commemorate main roster debuts for inclusion in trading card sets.

Both Perez and Giulia made an impact on last week’s show when they interfered during a match between Women’s World Champion Iyo Sky and NXT Women’s Champion Stephanie Vaquer, eventually brawling with Rhea Ripley as well. For Giulia, the acclaimed international star who signed with WWE earlier this year after dominating in Japan’s Stardom promotion, this marked her first appearance on Raw. Perez, a former two-time NXT Women’s Champion, has competed on the main roster previously, including in the Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, but the ‘debut’ patch suggests last week marked her official roster assignment.

While PWInsider noted they were still working to definitively confirm the call-ups, the evidence of the debut patches strongly indicates both are now considered part of the Raw brand. Perez’s main roster status seems further cemented by her scheduled match against Rhea Ripley on tonight’s episode of Raw.
