Two WWE stars absent from Monday Night Raw

In the main event of this week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, Randy Orton and The Big Show faced off in an “Unsanctioned Match.” The Big Show gave a long promo before the match and he hinted that this could be the end of the line for him. Orton won the match but he didn’t have a certain Hall Of Famer at ringside.

Throughout the show, the graphic that was shown to hype the match included Ric Flair. However, Flair was nowhere to be seen. As noted earlier, The NY Post reported that Flair tested positive for COVID-19 last Wednesday. Flair has denied that he tested positive but confirmed that his wife Wendy Barlow has the virus.

WWE did not say why Flair was not on the show but even if he did not test positive as he is claiming, it would make sense to keep him off the show as a precaution since he may have been exposed due to his wife having the virus.

Another notable name that was not on Raw this week was Billie Kay. The storyline explanation for her absence was that she was out taking care of other business for The IIconics. There is no confirmation on if her absence is related to COVID-19 or something else.

Apollo Crews was not at Raw but that was not unexpected since he missed Extreme Rules due to issues related to COVID-19. It has not been confirmed if he has the virus or if he is taking extra precautions because of potential exposure.
