Two WWE Superstars will replace Rusev and Lana on Total Divas

Several months ago, Dave Meltzer reported on WWE's interest in getting Ronda Rousey on Total Divas. It looks like they got their wish because Squared Circle Sirens is reporting that she will be on the new season. Rousey and WWE have yet to confirm the news but it was confirmed via SCS sources.

Another WWE star joining the show is Sonya Deville and she revealed the news on AfterBuzz TV's SmackDown After Show on Tuesday night.

"Part of being a WWE Superstar to me is showing the fans what happens outside of the ring,” Deville said. “Who I am in the ring, and in my personal life, is important to defining my character. I’m tough for a reason. I’ve been through things and I am the person I am for a lot of reasons."

“On that topic,” she continued. “I’ll be on Season 9 of ‘Total Divas,’ which is something I’m super excited about.”

Deville said her relationship with her girlfriend will be included on the show and filming begins this week although there was some filming done during Royal Rumble weekend.

This would likely explain why Rousey and Deville took shots at each other on social media.
