Tyson Kidd’s days as an active performer in WWE are likely over but it looks like he will have a behind the scenes role with the company. Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Kidd will be returning in a non-wrestling capacity. It’s not known yet what his job title will be but he would be a tremendous asset to the company as a trainer at the Performance Center or as a producer/agent. If he ends up at the PC then it wouldn’t require him to travel much since he lives in the Tampa area with wife Natalya.
Kidd’s career (at least in WWE) is believed to be over after he suffered a near-life-threatening injury after taking a muscle buster from Samoa Joe during a 2015 Raw dark match. The situation was much more serious than what was initially reported at the time and he is lucky to not be paralyzed and very lucky to be alive.
Kidd recently revealed that he will be returning to Total Divas. He was not on the show last season because the company did not want to shine a light on his injury situation.
Poor Eddie, still under 30 followers. Yes I will be on Total Divas this season

Kidd recently noted that he was on a flight and was seated next to the surgeon that saved his life.
What are the odds of sitting next to the surgeon that saved my life on this flight? Fate is mysterious
