WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin has been challenged to a fight by UFC Andre Fili. This comes after Fili beat Myles Jury by decision in a featherweight bout at the UFC on ESPN 1 show that took place on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona.
After the event, he was asked about what’s next for him by the media which he responded by stating that he wants to see the pro wrestling legend come out of retirement for a fight.
“You know what I’m looking for?” Fili said after the event (via MMA Junkie). “I’m looking for ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin to come out of retirement, loser leaves town, hell in a cell. ‘Touchy’ 3:16.”
“You give me three months and some pizza, I’ll rack up to about ’95, 200,” Fili said. “Where you at Stone Cold? After that, Ngannou, Lesnar. I might fight super heavyweight.”
Austin has not responded but obviously, Austin is very unlikely to entertain the offer.
