We noted earlier the TMZ story from earlier today that The Ultimate Warrior’s cause of death was officially ruled a massive heart attack. Dave Meltzer noted in an update this afternoon that one thing that was not reported was that officials are proceeding with a death investigation. The reason for this is that they are less concerned with how he died as compared to how he got there or what contributed to his heart issues.
The investigation results will be made public but it could take months to complete.
