WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker is reportedly interested in taking on a full-time creative role with the company. According to wrestling veteran Konnan, “The Deadman” has been actively involved behind the scenes at recent major WWE events.
The Undertaker retired from in-ring competition following his Boneyard Match against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36 and has since spoken about the difficulty of finding a new purpose post-retirement. Speaking on his “Keepin’ It 100” podcast, Konnan confirmed that he saw The Undertaker backstage at the recent AAA Worlds Collide show and that the legend took part in the creative process for Money in the Bank and Worlds Collide.
“Yes, bro was running around. So I think that Undertaker wants to get into creative,” Konnan said. “He likes it a lot, and he was in creative at Money in the Bank. He was at the other one [Worlds Collide] and he’s very interested in being part of the creative team.”
Konnan added that he believes The Undertaker would do well in a creative role, as he has heard some of his ideas and agrees with his wrestling philosophy. If true, this move would see one of the most respected figures in wrestling history transition into a role shaping the future of the WWE product.
