During Tuesday’s episode of Impact on AXS TV, there was a vignette involving her where she announced that she has returned to the company.
Sean Ross Sapp reported on Fightful Select that although she has joined the promotion, she hasn’t signed a contract with Impact Wrestling just yet. Instead, for now, she’s working on a per-appearance basis to see how things work out.
Purrazzo is slated to work the upcoming set of TV tapings in Nashville. Her non-compete clause with WWE expired on Friday, May 22.
However, it was noted that “Many expected it to be done on May 15, but she was given the other date by WWE “to be safe,” whatever that means.”
Purrazzo did an interview shortly after she was let go by the company where she discussed her reason for actually wanting to be released. For more on that, click here.
