As noted earlier today, a change as made to the Six-Pack Elimination match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
Dave Meltzer reported today that Dana Brooke is currently in quarantine so that is why she was pulled from the match. Brooke was also not at SmackDown last week. It is not known if WWE will replace her in the match or if they will just go with five women. Carmella and Nia Jax live in Florida so they could be possible replacements.
PWInsider is reporting that Brooke was not feeling well and was sent home last week.
For anyone wondering, WWE has not given details on what her illness is so it does not necessarily mean that she has COVID-19 (coronavirus). Anyone who shows any signs of illness (flu, cold, etc) is being encouraged to stay home so that may be the case here.
It’s worth noting that Brooke’s latest Instagram post from Monday night is of her working out and she does not mention anything about being sick.
Also, as noted earlier, another WWE star is off WrestleMania and currently quarantined. Click here for more on that story.
