WWE star Charlotte Flair’s ex-husband, Riki Paul Johnson, has filed a lawsuit against Flair and her father for allegations made in their autobiography, “Second Nature.” The book suggested that Johnson lost two jobs due to drug use and was also sterile and unable to have children. Johnson also suggests the book features “multiple false allegations physical and/or psychological abuse”, which he can disprove with police reports and dash cam footage.
He also claims the book has been extremely embarrassing for him and his family, who have been subjected to ridicule and shame. Johnson believes he was purposely written in a negative light to make Charlotte look better. PWInsider reports that the Flairs have been granted a motion on November 29th that allows them to an extension to respond to the lawsuit.
They now have until January 18, 2019, to respond to the lawsuit, unless Johnson decides to file an amended lawsuit, which would essentially reset the clock for a response.
