Update on Ric Flair’s “30 for 30” special, Rob Gronkowski on pro wrestling, Jake Roberts note

– As noted, ESPN is currently working a “30 for 30” special on WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair. Sports Illustrated reported this week that the upcoming special will air in the next 12 months, possible in the fall. Rory Karpf, who directed past 30 For 30 specials, posted this update via Twitter:

– NFL star Rob Gronkowski talked about possibly getting into professional wrestling once he is done with pro football during a recent interview with Access Hollywood. He is friends with Mojo Rawley from NXT and has attended NXT events in the past.

– WWE Hall of Famer Jake Roberts will be presenting a one-man show as part of his “Unspoken World Tour” on 8/19 in New York City at the 500 seat Gramercy Theater.
