It’s interesting that WWE has not yet said what The Rock’s role will be at WrestleMania. Other than a 30-second video package, there hasn’t been any mention of The Rock since his surprise appearance on Raw in January.
They have not mentioned “Stone Cold” Steve Austin or Shawn Michaels either even though they do have roles locked in for WrestleMania. Mick Foley will also be involved in the show and John Cena is also expected to have a role. Cena has been teasing something for WrestleMania. I doubt he’ll be wrestling but I wouldn’t bet against him doing something physical. Here is one of Cena’s recent tweets teasing a WrestleMania appearance:

It was originally thought that they would need names like Austin and Michaels to help sell tickets but tickets are almost sold out for the show and the secondary market tickets are expected to sell out as well.
The pay-per-view providers were told that WrestleMania would be going past 11pm eastern and the show will likely end sometime between 11:05pm and 11:20pm. I hope this means that they won’t need to rush anything if a segment goes long. In the past, they would cut time on matches because they had to finish before 11pm.
