As noted last night, WWE has been looking at taping several episodes of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown in the coming days.
Dave Meltzer reported today that as of right now, WWE’s plan is for tonight’s SmackDown to air live with the next two shows being taped this weekend at the Performance Center.
It is not clear if both of those show tapings will be completed tomorrow and there are no further details available yet on how the process will work.
Monday’s Raw will air live and the March 30th episode will be taped this Tuesday, also at the Performance Center.
The word on WrestleMania is that the show will likely be taped but news on when they will tape is being kept a secret, likely to keep spoilers from getting out. On the press release that they sent out this week, there is no mention of WrestleMania airing live. Meltzer noted that very few people in the company, including most of the wrestlers, know what the WrestleMania taping plans are.
It is not known what the plans are for NXT but the company is hoping to do a regular show this coming Wednesday instead of the studio-style show that aired this past week. One thing that helps WWE is that a good amount of wrestlers in NXT already live in the area.
