– The USA Network has pulled the premiere of “Shooter,” which was supposed to air after SmackDown goes off the air tonight. The movie features WWE star Randy Orton.
The reason that the network has decided not to air the show is due to the recent shooting-related tragedies across the US, reports Deadline.com. The network might air the show in the fall.
Orton played the role of James Richards, a former Navy SEAL, and leader of a militia group who comes into contact with Ryan Phillipe’s character. Orton was on the show to promote his match with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam, which takes place in August.
