As noted earlier this week, The Velveteen Dream was backstage this past Monday at Raw. There were no plans to book him on the show.
However, Dave Meltzer noted in the recent Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Dream was back at the Performance Center this week after not being seen there for quite some time.
This would appear to mean that perhaps, WWE is getting ready for him to return since he is training again.
Dream was one of the wrestlers accused last year during #SpeakingOut but the company has stood by him, despite calls from fans to fire him. Dream's last match was in November on the Christmas episode of NXT where he lost to Adam Cole.
