Congratulations to former WWE Superstar Vickie Guerrero. She is the latest recipient of the WWE Talent Scholarship along with Performance Center recruits Theo Agbi and Josh Woods.
“I am honored,” Guerrero told WWE.com. “I’ve always considered WWE my second family, and for them to recognize that I have this dream of graduating and continuing my education has motivated me even more to keep continuing what I’m doing.”
Guerrero has been attending college courses since she left WWE and is currently working to get a bachelor’s degree in science and healthcare administration at Herzog University. She plans on graduating next summer.
The previous recipients of the talent scholarship were current WWE Superstar Maria Kanellis, Paul Burchill, and former developmental talent Michael Thompson. Kanellis received her scholarship while she was still working for Impact Wrestling.
The scholarships amount up to $5,000 per calendar year and are to be used for obtaining a college degree or obtaining a certificate program.
