The viewership numbers are in for the WrestleMania 30 broadcast that aired on ESPN on Sunday night.
The show drew 830,000 viewers from 7 pm to 11 pm eastern. It was the highest rated show on the network for the entire weekend but given that they did not have much competition with no live sports airing elsewhere, the number can’t be considered a big success for WWE. The number is less than what most live sports draw on the network in prime time, including most XFL games.
The WrestleMania 30 special did a 0.31 rating among the coveted 18-49 demographic. The show was edited for time with wrap around segments promoting WrestleMania 36 in Tampa, Florida.
WrestleMania 32 will air this Sunday night in the same timeslot.
